Healthy Hummus and Dips from Hope Foods…Delicious, too!

I love getting toys, games, baby gear and mom-related products at the office. But I also love getting food, especially healthy options. It’s pretty rare to get anything edible, but when we do, the BSM team really enjoys the review process! Last week, we tried Hope Foods hummus and superfood-dips. Amazing hummus flavors are available, like Garlic Lentil, Curry Lentil and Habanero Lentil (my favorite…spicy!). The Jalapeno Cilantro hummus was pretty amazing, too.

What makes Hope Foods different? They use a cold pressure process; applying extremely high pressure when possible, to ensure that products are fresh and unadulterated. High Pressure Processing (HPP) is an alternative to using heat or preservatives to maintain the freshness of food.

Laura and Mary love anything chocolate, so the Dark Chocolate Coconut organic spread was top of the list for them.  There’s also a super easy recipe to make with the kids – S’More Dip that is basically 1 Tub of Hope Dark Chocoloate Spread and 1 bag of large vegan marshmallows. Melt the tub in microwave-safe dish and spread evenly over the marshmallows. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Find this and more easy and delicious recipes at the Hope Foods website. At the website, you’ll also find a store near you that carries Hope Foods.

The BSM Media team is grateful for the delicious Hope Foods Hummus and Dips. Opinions are authentic.

  1. Sounds delicious. I like spicy! My kids, especially my daughter would probably love the Dark Chocolate spread too.
